I have a new story published in the online Fantasy/SF magazine Lorelei Signal. It is run by the same publisher behind WolfSinger Publications who have published anthologies containing several of my other short stories. It’s free to read, but the magazine is supported by donations if you like the stories.

The original aim of the magazine is quoted below:
“The Lorelei Signal is a web-based magazine dedicated to featuring 3 dimensional / complex female characters in Fantasy stories.”
The magazine was inspired by a Star Trek episode (animated version) where the Enterprise’s men were captured by sirens and Lt. Uhura got to sit in the captain’s chair.
My story’s title comes from a play with the James Tiptree Jr (AKA Alice B. Sheldon) short story, “The Women Men Don’t See”
Science Fiction and Fantasy are, of course, all made up stories that bear no relationship to events in the real world…
PS My spam detector seems to be no longer effective in keeping Spam out of my comments. It’s all in Russian script (no surprises there with the current state of the world). If you want to get in touch or leave a comment, probably best to mail cj at cjohnarthur.com.
